Well........... It's been quite some time since I've done any blogging. I was thinking of giving up the habit (before I'd really gotten started!) because I already find it easy to spend lots of time on the computer (it's kind of my "learning & organising place"). My motto this year is to LIVE life, rather than just plan for it. To DO the dream, rather than just dream the dream! And I was thinking that blogging would be one more thing that would take me away from that. But alas! It seems I can't resist the temptation to write my thoughts down! I love to talk, and in much the same way, I love to write! I have so many words to say, and so many thoughts in my head, and I am "blessed" with the kind of personality that processes thoughts by talking them out, so blogging might just save my poor husband from having to hear it all! And I think it will, in some strange way, actually help me to live this life a little bit better anyway, because is a way of me reflecting, and also processing my thoughts.
So it seems I'm back. And I'm planning to write about more than just our backyard revolution. I'd like to share more about some of our "out of school" adventures, too, and some of my thoughts on all that! And also some of our efforts to make the world a better place. I have a strong heart for social justice, so that will probably feature on here a bit too.
